As each of our stylists are independent, their cancellation policies may vary. Please take the time to review your stylists unique cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours.

RUNNING LATE?

Please arrive on time to your appointment to have the best experience possible. If you happen to be running late, please contact your stylist directly to communicate your timeline and they will do their best to accommodate you.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be modified while still being charged the full amount of your scheduled service.

CHILDREN

For comfort and overall safety, children will not be permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. For safety and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 10 may accompany you while receiving your service. We also play a variety of music suited for adults and do not want to compromise the overall experience for our guests. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
